车用的氙气灯泡能否改装成手电

安定器尺寸？有好的尺寸早就能做了```车用35w hid到处都是 还有变压器就比较大了，只能做成手提的。
小心高压部分：2.3kv```呵呵 是23000V，呵呵。高压倒不怕，以前玩电警棍自己也被电到过几次。要是有合适的反光杯就好了。 <P>先找小安定器```再找碗</P> <P>安定器稍微大一点也没关系，真要改小可以去掉外壳，只留电路。还是合适的光杯难找。12V的锂电池也不难配。</P>
