紧急请教:532nm绿色激光笔的恒流驱动电路!

<p>用808nm红外的LD经过泵浦和倍频转换成532nm的绿色激光笔,</p><p>用的晶体是Nd:YVO4/KTP的绿光胶合晶体,但是我对LD的恒流驱动不怎么明白,嘿嘿,</p><p>急着交论文,就是3V 的干电池驱动,LD的工作电流是350mA左右.不知道这个该怎么写,怎么分析?</p><p>有哪位高手GGJJ给点指导呢?</p><p>不胜感激!</p>

.1uF是0.1uF,运算放大器可以采用贴片的LM358,D1可以采用美国美信公司的1.2V的电压基准.管子可以采用低饱和电压降的FCX617.(SOT89封装的).

/>这样运算放大器可以使用LMV321单运算放大器了,LMV321的最低工作电压为1.8V!完全可以适用于3V的电路中了。电压基准使用美信公司的1.2V电压基准:MAX6001EUR,只要电源电压高于基准电压的0.5V就可以很好的工作。你查查相关器件资料就可以做PCB了。剩下的我就不多说了。[此帖子已经被作者于1180918898编辑过]
